Buttercream Roses

A cake made for my regular customer Maxine, for her Mum's birthday :-)  A chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache - and buttercream rose swirls.

Just a cupcake for fun!!  Actually I made a whole batch for a church lunch but at the last minute it was cancelled.  Thankfully I hadn't decorated any yet.  Into the freezer they went - less one!
